Nine

Well, it happened. Our family finally graduated from a minivan into a 15-passenger van... Just kidding. However, we DID graduate out of our minivan into a 9 passenger Yukon. NINE passenger- and when Kelsea and Karlea are here every single seat is filled. Is that not crazy?? It's not a new Yukon. It's a 2004, but we are so stoked to not have to use 2 cars to go on a family outing anymore!! I really like that it has leather interior and that the front passenger seat can sense if the person sitting there is heavy enough to have the airbag on. So, if Isabel sits in the front the little symbol on the rearview mirror says "OFF." When my fat butt sits there the symbol says "ON. Ya FAT LARD!!" ;) It's charcoal colored with gray interior and it's a lot of fun to drive. It has a lot of power. Awww yeah!! Anyway, I just think it's funny that we have all these seats and we can actually fill all 9 of them up. :)
(This isn't our Yukon obviously. Wrong color... but you get the idea.:)

Oh- and for those of you who took my "Who Knows Me" test on the previous post, the reason I chose 9 questions is: Ever since the 4th grade I have had a thing with multiples of 9. I was the 1st person in my class to memorize the "9s table" and pass the 3 second test. It was a timed test where you had 3 seconds for each problem. I set a new record and my teacher, Mrs. Warner, bought me a milkshake. :) Anyway- the 9s have always been my favorite and all my "lucky" numbers are multiples of 9. THAT is the reason I chose 9 questions for my test. Seiuli is the only one to get that answer correct. YAY babe! (Even if you didn't know I was 12 when I got contacts...)

Your new ride is awesome! I love it! I have an expedition and can't imagine not having the room. When we ride in my husband's Silverado, I complain about the cramped feeling. I also TOWER over all these cowboys with their big ol' trucks. Makes me feel tough! (and safe!)

Congrats, I know how nice it is to have a new car that suits your family!

i was ABOUT to guess the multiples of 9 thing!! I should have! Funny thing is, I have a thing for multiples of 9 too! We must be long lost friends....

I missed that question. I thought for sure it was because you had nine in your family.

Enjoy your new Yukon!

OOH! I just love getting a new car. We shrunk out of our van and my health required a lower vehicle, but I sometimes miss all that room. If my girls were fighting I could separate them by putting them on their own bench.

I would not, however, give up my Jeep Liberty! I totally love it.

Yeah on the new car! At least it isn't a 15 passenger van- ugh!

I seriously think you have issues- multiples of 9?? Hum..

Congrats on your new set of wheels. It sounds like such a nice vehicle. Will you feel like a bus driver in it? ;) J.K.! Happy driving! :D

Cool ride, wanna go out one of these days?

Don't let my Fashionista read you got your contacts at 12. That's all I need.

When I was seven, I memorized all of the numbers that are multiples of 7, just cause I was that kind of kid I guess. I had no idea what multiplication was, or that my memorization would be useful one day. I just really liked the number 7.

A Yukon....I'm jealous! We were actually just talking about me getting one, but decided it made more sense to wait a couple more years til I get a new car. Responsibility is over-rated! ha ha
Congratulations!!!
