No real subject

A few weeks ago Yvonne gave me this award: Thanks so much Yvonne! That means a lot. I pass this on to all the women that read this because without the web I may not know you! :)
Y'all know how I love "Ghost Hunters." Well, last nite was a trip! They caught a rad EVP!! If you want to hear it start watching at around 1:18 to about 2:00.

Well, I'm getting to use my great "hostessing skillz." Sei's friend from Utah is competing in a volleyball tournament in Dallas. He and another guy are staying at our house last nite and tonite. And I learned yesterday that my father-in-law is coming in town April 30-May 2 for Sei's graduation. He will be hanging out at the house with me all. day. That stresses me out. Nothing against my FIL. I'm just not used to have CONVERSATION during the day- atleast not with anyone over the age of 4. :P
I am trying to lose weight- again- for Walker's wedding. It's on June 28. I've started running. Not very far or very fast, but even running 2 miles a day is 2 more miles a day than I was running. Right? It's the eating that's killin' me. I just like to. I mean, I don't sit around and eat all day, but *what* I eat is not always good. Anyway... I've set a goal to lose 10 pounds by June 28. I don't have a scale so I have no idea how much I weigh, so I won't know if I lose 10 pounds so I won't be disappointed. ;) Just kidding. I plan to get a scale, I just dread weighing... It's not gonna be pretty. Weight is all relative and I am positive I am heavier than I've been in a while. I'd like to be back to what I weighed last summer.
I apologize for the 1000s of blog ads lately. I am saving up for several things all at once and have been taking as many opportunities as possible. Plus, the market is so sporadic I never know if I'll have any opportunities from one day to the next. Thanks for being understanding!
Today is cloudy- although still about 78 degrees. I feel like playing Guitar Hero. I haven't in a while.... I'll letcha know how I do. ;)

Dude that's weird man. I watch "A Haunting" sometimes if the kids aren't around, those kind of shows intrigue me. What channel is Ghost Hunters on? It looks cool.

Good luck with the weight loss!

I'm so glad I found your blog. It's been such a treat to get to know you.

Have fun with all your entertaining. I loved your comment about making conversation during the day.
How great that your FIL is coming for Sei's graduation.

You probably don't need a scale--I think we each know when we're heavier ; ) I guess the clothes don't lie, do they?!?

Enjoy Guitar Hero--I'm sure you'll do great!

You hit the nail on the head that without the web we may not know each other. I am so glad that I found your blog. I really missed out when you lived a few blocks away. I know my life was crazy, but that's a lame excuse. You definitely deserve the award!

So how did you do on guitar hero? I'm guessing you kicked butt!

78 degrees. That would be wonderful.

Wow, I am jealous of your weather! is actually sunny here today and it's about 60 degrees so that's good, right?

Just let your FIL watch Barney during the day so you don't have to make conversation. That will work, right? Right? O.k. maybe not! :)

LOL at Suzanne's suggestion. You know the Bee movie is pretty good for kids to watch with house guests and grandparents.

I just did a scattered post too, must be in the air! and have been doing lots of paid posts lately. You're right, you never know when they will be there. I try to take them when they are there. It's easy enough to stuff them under other posts though. I saw that Ghosthunters last night, that was totally freaky!
Happy Thursday Tori.

You ARE wonderful! How sweet of you to pass the award to all of your (women) readers! :)

Good luck hostessing! Ugh, I would be sressed out, too! :0

I quit running in December because it got too cold at night when my hub could go with me...then I got lazy and didn't start back up again until this week! I'm only running a mile and a half right now, but want to work back up to two miles a day in a couple weeks. Oh yeah...adding the running hasn't made me lose AT ALL! I like food too much, too! :S

I hate weight. It's so annoying. I still need to lose about 17 pounds, but I've been at a stand still for almost 3 weeks. What's up with that?

I've never played Guitar Hero. I need to. I always need to get DDR. Still don't have it.

Congrats on your award! You are wonderful!
EVPs are freaky. Say no to those (they can give you nightmares...and probably will)

PS: I sent you an e-mail.
PSS: A sad e-mail :(
